Chiropractic Fitness is based on the founding principle of chiropractic which enables the human body to function at its optimum capacity without the use of drugs or surgery.
The doctors combine chiropractic and contemporary sports medicine methods for your rapid recovery, correction of your injuries and help you achieve YOUR healthcare goals.
The purpose of the “chiropractic adjustment” is to restore joint mobility by manually applying a controlled force into joints that have become restricted in movements as a result of a tissue injury.
Tissue injuries can be caused by improper lifting, repetitive stresses, and poor spinal posture. These injuries undergo physical and chemical changes that can cause inflammation, pain and reduced function. Adjustments restore mobility-therefore, alleviating pain and allowing tissues to heal.
Why Should You Choose Chiropractic Fitness?
Are experts in the function of the body during movement, from sports performance to your everyday activities
Offer individualized care that extends beyond spinal adjustments- direct treatment of muscles, joints and connective tissue
Focus on total body wellness not just reducing pain
Work collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners to optimize your treatment goals
